Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel had a rough start with rooms that seemed straight out of a horror movie, marked by cigarette burns on the walls, a dank odor, missing fixtures, and ancient TVs. The lack of essential toiletries like toilet paper and the constant issue of water overflowing from the toilet set added to the discomfort of dealing with a noisy street and stinky room at the last minute.
My stay at the hotel had its positives and negatives. On one hand, the location was excellent, right next to the subway station, making it convenient for traveling. However, the rooms were disappointing, with old, dirty furniture and a lack of basic amenities like a mini refrigerator. The dining experience was subpar with dry bagels and unappealing options, but the staff tried their best to assist us.
The hotel had some significant drawbacks, including rooms that were in poor repair with various issues like cigarette burns and a dank odor. Service was very unpleasant, with delays in fulfilling basic requests. On the positive side, the location was excellent, close to public transport options. However, the dining experience was subpar, offering a very limited selection. Overall, a mixed experience with more negatives than positives.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. Despite the cleanliness issues in the rooms and lack of promised amenities, the location was convenient with easy access to transportation. The service was a mix of pleasant interactions and some rudeness, although the efforts to accommodate our needs were noted. The dining experience left much to be desired with limited options and questionable practices, but overall, the facilities were adequate for a short stay.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was not up to par due to the old furniture and dirty carpets, but the location was convenient being close to the subway. The dining options were quite disappointing with limited choices, but the staff was not accommodating when I needed an iron. However, it's worth noting that the hotel is right next to the subway entrance, which is convenient.
The hotel is excellently located right next to the station, making it easy for travel. However, the room I stayed in had a terrible smell upon arrival, and there were no options for a mini refrigerator or ice. Additionally, the towels provided were dirty, not meeting the advertised standards.
